UNDERSTANDING THE REPAIR PROCESS

1. Repair Request

The customer initiates the repair request with the following information;

Make, model, serial, or part number,

detailed description of the fault.

Include images, video of the fault condition.

2. Technical Assesment

Our technicians will perform an inspection and provide an estimated quote of the repair.

The inspection Fee is $150 then priced at $250 per hour for labor excluding part costs (minimum of 2 hours) + GST.

3. Repair Started

Once accepted our skilled technicians will order the parts required, start the repairs and keep you up to date on the progress.

4. Equipment Return

Once our technicians have repaired, tested and quality checked your equipment, it will then be promptly returned to you.
